I wish I could bring my boyfriend to the ball.

It seems like everyone so far is pretty happy with their job placement. That's so great!

I'm pretty happy about mine, too. I'm going to be working at Honeydukes! It's going to be amazing, learning how to make all those wonderful sweets AND I can tell Jake that I'm working at a chocolate shop and I won't have to lie to him! I can even bring him some chocolates from Honeydukes!

Now I just can't wait to get started!

I can't believe it's been so long since I last wrote in my journal! The days have just been flying by. I had an interview yesterday, and I have two more tomorrow, plus I'm trying to decide where I want to live. I'd like Jake to be able to come see my flat, but I'm not sure if that would really be possible. But it would be nice to have more privacy It also kind of depends on if I get a roommate or not.

BUT in totally awesome news, I found a place for our one-and-a-half-year anniversary dinner! It's this adorable little restaurant and the waiter promised me that they'd reserve the most romantic table.

So now I just need to get my dress! Anybody want to go shopping with me? I'm thinking about going to a few Muggle shops, so if you've never been to one, it would be an adventure! Like Muggle Studies only better.

Just let me know if you're interested! I'll probably go sometime this weekend.

I had fun at the party last night! I hope everyone else did, too!

But in other (exciting!) news, my one and half year anniversary with Jake is coming up soon! I've got to decide what we should do to celebrate, because he told me he wants to take me out but he wants me to choose where he's taking me. Isn't he sweet?

Does anybody have any suggestions? It would have to be in Muggle London, because, duh, he's a Muggle. But any suggestions are welcome!

So what has everyone been up to when we got out of school? I've been spending most of my time with Jake, of course, but I've also been studying all the WEI info they sent us, and trying to figure out where I want to apply. I think I've got it all worked out. I can't wait to find out where I'm placed, though! I feel so mature and adult-ish. And pretty soon I'll be getting a flat, too, although I think I want a roommate because that would be cheaper and it would be nice to be able to save some money and buy myself some new clothes. Jake has seen all my best dresses at least twice now!
